We often have a difficult relationship with food. We overeat, we under eat, we eat the wrong foods. We want to help better guide our nutrition by eating REAL food in healthy amounts that sustain our awesome physical activity. To that end, Kat and I will share with you our weekly shopping list and recipes we will be making during our Saturday afternoon meal prep. The recipes will be Paleo-ish and the grocery list will give you exactly the right amount of ingredients for ALL the dishes that week for 3-4 servings. No additional runs to the supermarket because you need 1/2 an onion.
