Another week, another opportunity to start eating healthy REAL food. As we try to share with you the tips and tricks that have worked for us (like only shopping the perimeter of the grocery store) we will add another tip for eating the right amount of food. That is right, we want to eat the RIGHT foods in the RIGHT quantity.
Think of it this way, a healthy portion of good carbs and protein should be roughly the size of your hand when you are making a fist. Healthy leafy greens and veggies? Have at it, you can eat as much salad in each sitting as your heart desires.
