Well this week coincides with dessert weekend for Kat and I, so....
There need to be a few 'healthier' desserts that we can make, enjoy and not feel guilty about crushing. Creating healthy eating habits is about knowing how to balance eating REAL food that is nutritious and having a few 'treats' here and there. The important thing to remember is that if you fall off, you can get back on track just as quickly. Just because you cheat on one meal doesn't mean that you have to just drop everything and give up.
