Oh that bacon pizza was D.licious!!!
It was so good that I am leaving it on the grocery shopping list for another week. I As many of you know Kat and I have a hell of a sweet tooth. The way that we keep the sweet tooth in check and our dentist bills down is by having dessert once every two weeks. This allows us to get a cheat in on a schedule that we can plan for and get excited. We always know when dessert weekend is coming. It also helps us stay on track with our nutrition and helping us meet our goals.
I added a little something for the sweet tooth that Kat loves putting together. Enjoy!
I decided to go off the rails this week. We have had plenty of entrees and sides so far. Know what we haven't had???
Oh pizza pizza pizza. Bacon? Bacon Pizza?
As always the ingredients list includes everything you need to make these delicious recipes. Enjoy making some great food and fuels your body!
Another week, another opportunity to start eating healthy REAL food. As we try to share with you the tips and tricks that have worked for us (like only shopping the perimeter of the grocery store) we will add another tip for eating the right amount of food. That is right, we want to eat the RIGHT foods in the RIGHT quantity.
Think of it this way, a healthy portion of good carbs and protein should be roughly the size of your hand when you are making a fist. Healthy leafy greens and veggies? Have at it, you can eat as much salad in each sitting as your heart desires.
It is time to go out shopping and get some healthy eats! Pumped to see so many of you having a blast with the #RevoltBingo game and meal prepping to make sure you hit some squares. Hopefully having some awesome recipes will you in planning for next week.
Make this new way of eating a habit! If you make healthy eating (1) obvious (2) attractive (3) easy (4) satisfying it will be something that will get you a long way to becoming who you really want to be.
As always let us know which recipes you love best and I will make sure to save them for future lists. #revoltnutrition
