Mary Augustitus joined the Revolt Fitness Family on March 5,2019. She has been one of our most consistent members attending the 6 am class during the week, Saturday 9 am class and has been to most of our social events. Her strength and confidence along with her sense of humor guarantees a great hour at Revolt Fitness.

Do at least one stinking pull-up! Work on developing 'CrossFit' legs. Improve my nutrition to at least get one stinking pull-up and CrossFit legs!
What are your Family Goals?
Be more present for my husband so he can get his boat back in the water. Visit my family as often as practical.
List any Career Goals you have.
Work less- enjoy retirement more. Contemplate how to incorporate health education, physical activity, and working with older adults into a part-time gig.
