So, the whole chicken from last week was delicious. We did it in the slow cooker rather than bake and the meat just falls off the bone. Yummy.
This week we are changing it up a bit. Eating healthy always becomes challenging in between meals. Snacks are usually where we tend to fall off. It isn't a meal and we have a hard time just eating an apple. Lots of sides or 'snacks' that you can eat throughout the day AND they would all count towards your 800# Challenge!
